NSTA Midwinter Meeting

This event remains an annual staple of the NSTA live meeting schedule and is typically hosted in mid to late July in locations around the country. The program combines networking events with professional development sessions focused on student transportation issues.

Due to the postponement of our 2022 NSTA Midwinter Meeting in January, NSTA makes a special trip to the Playa Largo Resort & Spa in Key Largo, FL for this unique event. Come join us in the Florida Keys, as we provide timely industry updates and a special post-election summary.

Every January, NSTA hosts a Midwinter Meeting – typically held at a prime warm weather destination point. This meeting gives school bus contractors a chance to take a mid-school year break, while providing cutting-edge content and exclusive networking opportunities for attendees.

Love the Bus Month is an annual month-long celebration held each February. The event highlights the important role of the yellow school bus in education and shows appreciation for the professional school bus drivers who safely transport students each day.
