Registration for the 2023 NSTA Capitol Hill Bus-In is now open. This event represents your opportunity to directly engage with lawmakers. In the past, Prime Policy Group has arranged over 250 individual meetings giving members the chance to speak to Elected Representatives making decisions on the issues that directly affect your daily operations. This event is crucial to NSTA's federal advocacy efforts and helps us educate Washington about the issues that face private student transportation.

In addition to registering for the event, please take a moment to also:

  1. CONGRESSIONAL MEETINGS: Complete your Congressional Pairings Form, so that Prime Policy Group, NSTA's D.C. lobbyist, can schedule your meetings on the Hill. Click HERE to complete your form by March 31, 2023! Be advised, please do not schedule your own Capitol Hill meetings. Instead, we encourage you to use the form to highlight any additional congressional relationships you may have, that might fall outside your operating locations and corresponding congressional districts. Please also use the form to let Prime Policy know when you plan to depart on Thursday, April 27, 2023. We strongly encourage you to schedule your Washington DC departing flight after 6:30 PM (ET) on Thursday, April 27th.
  2. NSTA ROOM BLOCK: Book your room! Click HERE to make your room reservations with the NSTA room block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton - Washington Convention Center. Set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C., these two-room suites are two blocks from the Washington Convention Center. Downtown's National Mall, home to the White House, Washington Monument, and Lincoln Memorial, is just a mile away. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $339 a night from April 25, to April 27. Due to limited availability in Washington during the spring, please make your room reservations by March 31, 2023.
