Registration for the 2024 NSTA Capitol Hill Bus-In is now open!

Each spring, NSTA Members head to Capitol Hill to directly engage with Members of Congress. In the past, Prime Policy Group has arranged over 250 individual meetings at the Capitol Hill Bus-In, giving members the chance to speak to their representatives, making decisions on issues that directly affect their daily operations.
This event is crucial to NSTA's federal advocacy efforts and helps us educate Washington about the issues that face private student transportation.

2024 NSTA Capitol Hill Bus-In registration can be found just above this text, in the tile on the upper left-hand side of this screen.

IMPORTANT: Reservations must be completed by February 9, 2024 and once you fully register for Bus-In you will receive the NSTA Room Block link from NSTA staff. Room block space is very limited.

CONGRESSIONAL MEETINGS: Complete your Congressional Pairings Form, so that Prime Policy Group, NSTA's D.C. lobbyist, can schedule your meetings on the Hill. Click HERE to complete your form by February 09, 2024! Be advised, please do not schedule your own Capitol Hill meetings. Instead, we encourage you to use the form to highlight any additional congressional relationships you may have, that might fall outside your operating locations and corresponding congressional districts.

We strongly encourage you to schedule your Washington DC flight to arrives before 1:00PM on Wednesday, March 06th - and departures on Friday morning, March 08th. Only this way our team will have enough flexibility to schedule the meetings, and you will be able to book the mandatory 2 nights in Kimpton George room block.
