Get ready for the 2025 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention (AMC)! This year, we will visit Boston, the Beantown, from July 20 to July 23, 2025.
The luxury The Westin Copley Place, serves as our host hotel, and it is located in Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, which is a short stroll from fine dining destinations and upscale clothing stores at Copley Place shopping mall, and within an easy reach from other downtown attractions.
As you know, AMC offers educational sessions, as well as other professional development and networking opportunities for attendees. Evening events at AMC also provide an opportunity to explore the host city, like the Welcome Reception (sponsored by Blue Bird) that will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at View Boston - which offers a 360° taste of the city and breathtaking views atop one of the tallest buildings in New England - and the President's Dinner (sponsored by IC Bus) that will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, inside the iconic Fenway Park, with live music and great view of the Red Sox field.
We also host the always-popular NSTA Awards and Installation Dinner (sponsored by Thomas Built Buses) - on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 - where we honor individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to student transportation.

In order to take advantage of the NSTA Room Block, you must register for this event. Upon completed registration, you will receive an email that includes the registration code for The Westin Copley Place.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitution Policy — All AMC cancellations must be made in writing via email to NSTA Headquarters, info@yellowbuses.org, as any request for cancellation cannot be handled via telephone. Written cancellations must be received by info@yellowbuses.org no later than Monday, July 7, 2025 in order to receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee – only if paying by check. We welcome substitute attendees without penalty, but all substitutions must be received at info@yellowbuses.org - no later than 4:30 PM (ET) on Monday, July 7, 2025. Please be reminded NSTA will not accept telephone substitution requests. Any refund to a credit card transaction for this event will incur a 15% credit card processing fee. Please note: This processing fee applies to all credit card transactions, including partial refunds.
NSTA Room Block: The NSTA Room Block for live events is for the use of only registered attendees of the NSTA conference or meeting, and NSTA regularly reviews the room block list for applicability. Anyone utilizing the NSTA Room Block, who is not properly registered for the underlying NSTA event, may be removed from the NSTA Block with or without notice. Once the NSTA Room Block closes, we cannot guarantee hotel room space, and after the NSTA Room Block closes, lodging is obtainable only on a space available basis by the hotel. NSTA can assist with interfacing with hotel reservations in certain instances that pertain to this specific event, but we cannot assist with points or loyalty program disputes.
Registration Fees/Closure/Late Registration: Registration for the 2025 NSTA Annual Meeting and Convention in Boston, MA closes on July 3, 2025. Anyone who is not pre-registered and attends an NSTA live event is subject to a $100 on-site registration fee in addition to the existing registration fee. Anyone with an open NSTA invoice from a previous NSTA event may not be able to register for or sponsor a future NSTA event.
