The 2025 NSTA Midwinter Meeting in Maui is fast approaching, and we are excited to have you register, sponsor, book your room, and prepare for an amazing conference while experiencing the Aloha Spirit in Hawaii.
The event will be held from January 18-22, 2025, at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali, a fully renovated hotel, set in one of the world’s most desirable places mere steps from the stunning Pacific Ocean, close to restaurants, stores, and golf courses. NSTA is offering a negotiated rate of $449 + taxes per night, with a possibility for extension from Jan 17 to Jan 24, 2025, based on availability. To receive the passkey and have full access to NSTA Room Block, attendees must register first for the event. The NSTA Room Block cutoff date is December 17, 2025, if not sold out earlier.

Please select the applicable Base Registration Category (1-11) for you and your guests, and make sure to sign up and pay your registration fee. Please note: if you want to join the Whale Watch Excursion & Luncheon Cruise on Tuesday, January 21st, please also select Category 12 - only if after you have selected your Base Registration Package (#'s 1-11) for you and your guest(s). If an attendee (guest) does not have a Base Registration Package, then you must buy individual or youth tickets to those events, this includes the Whale Watch Excursion & Luncheon Cruise. For the Whale Watch Excursion & Luncheon Cruise, you can register individually at Number 13 or Number 14. Because NSTA has to reserve space on our Excursion Boats, we may or may not have room to add additional attendees at a later date.

Some packages (above $5,000) include complimentary registrations, so please contact, please contact NSTA Headquarters during the selection process to finalize any details before you register individual attendees.
Also, considering these days airline travel contends with weather difficulties and staffing shortages; we encourage all attendees to arrive in earlier to not missing key parts of the meeting. Given that, NSTA will offer an Early Check-in Aloha Reception on Saturday (January 18th), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (HST), complete with beer and wine and light fare. The official kickoff of the Convention will start at Sunday (January 19th), from 2:30 to 4:30, with the Event Check-in and the Welcome to Heavenly Hawaii Cocktail Reception.
On Monday, program starts early with Rise and Shine Breakfast followed by rich content with Keynote Session and MST Panel, and great networking opportunities, such as the popular Vendor Partner / OEM Speed Networking Meeting (exclusive for sponsors who purchase $2000 or above sponsorship packages), the Spirit of Aloha Luncheon, and the Maui No Ka ‘Oi Reception and Dinner.
On Tuesday, all morning is dedicated to discussing important themes in the school bus industry during the general sessions, followed by one of the greatest experiences in Hawaii: Whale Watch Excursion & Luncheon Cruise. On Wednesday, we have one more chance to network at the Rise & Shine Breakfast, before getting ready to more sessions to conclude the program.

Please note that the resort offers a must-see Hawaiian attraction: the "Wailele Lu'au", where you can experience the most authentic luau on the island, eat the exquisite local food and see the most spectacular fire knife performance. NSTA has tailored the schedule to allow MWM registrants to attend the Wailele Lu'au, which has seating on Sunday and Tuesday at 5:00 PM (HST).The Wailele Lu'au tickets are available for advance purchase through The Resort and not NSTA - see the Red Button at the bottom of this email to purchase directly.
