Important Dates
Registration and the NSTA Room Block is open as of October 5, 2026. Online registration will remain available through Friday, January 8, 2027. January 8 is also the deadline for cancellation requests, check payments, and attendee substitutions. The 2027 NSTA Midwinter Meeting will take place January 17–20, 2027. The registration cancellation/refund administrative fee is $100. Onsite registration will be subject to an additional $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after January 8, 2027.
Registration Instructions
Please carefully review the registration instructions before completing your registration.
Select Your Registration Category
Please choose the category that best represents your organization, including contractor, vendor, public, state association, or industry partner registration categories. There are separate registration categories for NSTA Members vs non-members. If you would like to become an NSTA Member, please reach out to NSTA Administrative Director and Membership Manager, Gabrielle Horn, ghorn@yellowbuses.org. Your registration package includes access to the scheduled sessions, receptions, dinners, meals, and beverages listed on the meeting schedule.
Register Your Guests
Guests must be registered under the appropriate guest registration category. Guests who do not have a full registration package must purchase individual event registrations, when applicable, to attend specific meals or networking events. No attendee or guest will be permitted to attend NSTA networking events, receptions, or meals without the appropriate registration or event ticket.
Payment Information
Credit cards and checks are accepted for all registration fees and sponsorship packages. Credit card payments complete your registration immediately. Check payments do not complete your registration until payment is received by NSTA. Payments must be received by Friday, January 8, 2027. If payment is not received by this date, your registration and/or sponsorship may be cancelled.

Hotel Accommodations
Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa
The NSTA group rate is $289 per night plus applicable taxes. Room Block Code will be provided with your registration confirmation. We encourage you to reserve your accommodations early, as availability may be limited. The NSTA Room Block will be available for the official meeting dates of January 17–20, 2027. If you require hotel accommodations outside of the official room block dates, you will need to contact the hotel directly to add additional nights. Rooms booked outside of the NSTA Room Block are not guaranteed to receive the group rate. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy carefully. NSTA is not responsible for any hotel cancellation fees or charges associated with your travel arrangements.
Sponsorship Opportunities
If you are interested in sponsoring the 2027 NSTA Midwinter Meeting, please review the available sponsorship opportunities and select your sponsorship package during registration. If a sponsorship package is not marked “SOLD OUT,” it is still available. Sponsorship packages valued at $5,000 or more may include complimentary registrations. Please contact NSTA Headquarters before registering individual attendees to finalize your sponsorship details.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to NSTA Headquarters at info@yellowbuses.org. Cancellation requests cannot be handled by telephone. Written cancellations must be received by NSTA no later than Friday, January 8, 2027, in order to receive a refund, less the $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after January 8, 2027.
Attendee Substitutions
Attendees are permitted to provide substitute attendees without penalty. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@yellowbuses.org no later than Friday, January 8, 2027. NSTA will not accept telephone substitution requests, and on-site substitution requests may not be accepted.
