The event will be held from July 19–22, 2026, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, located in the heart of downtown and offering convenient access to fine dining, local attractions, and family entertainment.
NSTA is offering a discounted room block rate of $249 + taxes per night, with the Room Block available from July 18 through July 21, 2026. Please be advised that the NSTA Room Block rate is available for extended stays three days prior and three days after the NSTA event. In order to receive access to the NSTA Room Block, attendees must first register for the event. The NSTA Room Block cutoff date is June 19, 2026, or until sold out. Please note that once the room block is full, the hotel cannot guarantee additional availability, so plan your trip early.

Your full conference registration includes access to all sessions, networking opportunities, breakfasts (Monday–Wednesday), lunches (Monday and Tuesday), and all evening events, including the Welcome Reception, President’s Dinner, and Awards & Installation Dinner. Guests must be registered for all events they wish to attend, and no one will be permitted into functions without proper credentials.

If a category is not marked as "SOLD OUT," it remains available. Sponsorship packages above $5,000 may include complimentary registrations.
